Batch Campaign Archival

Tag completed campaigns in a Wrike space so they can be archived — by space name and a completion cut-off.

🎯 What it does

Scans a chosen Wrike space and tags every campaign that is completed and older than a cut-off, marking it to be archived. It's a batch operation — one run processes all matching campaigns in the space.

📝 What you'll need

Space NameThe Wrike space whose campaigns should be processed.
No. of DaysThe cut-off window — campaigns completed more than this many days before today are in scope.
"Completed" means a campaign whose status is Completed or Cancelled.

🚦 How to get started

Access is managed by the integration team. First-time setup:

  1. Request access to the flow.
  2. Short briefing from the integration team on how to run it.
  3. Access granted.
  4. Self-service — run the automation yourself whenever you need to.
